Howdy.

I screwed up and didn't take pictures of the quilt when the backing and trim was on. Let's start by saying that. I had a fight with my mum as I was finishing and packing it, so it slipped my mind... I'll probably explain cause the fight had to do with the quilt. (I all ready told Ashy what happened.)

Anyways, following Lu's suggestion, I used light purple/ lilac/ lavender flannel that was as soft as a cloud for the back, then trimmed it with light purple binding the same color. (The fight was over the binding, basically).

Let's spam Miyavi with fanmail, explaining you are from CoMYV's Crew, and politely ask him to take photos with the quilt when he gets it.

In the meantime, I sent the quilt Priority to Japan and only had to pay like $6 out of pocket.

EDIT: Valentines! I included them from all who sent them in, which was Ashy. For the Norway Group, instead of sending the whole card I scanned and printed the front and back covers in high quality, so that their artwork wasn't lost, but did not include the interior of the card. Bu, I got you and Funky's on the gmail! I also printed that in high quality and stuck it in. =3

I didn't get any on my personal email and didn't see any other Valentines the day I packed everything. There was a list of everybody who contributed; well, kind of. I thought it would be cool for Miyavi to see the countries the pieces all came from and their stamps and customs labels, so I wrapped the opened envelopes the squares of love came in in the quilt.

I´m sorry hearing that you had a fight with your mum because of the quilt. I´ll beg MYV for piccies too as well ^^ coz I´m sure the quilt looks absolutely lovely after all the squares and the lavender thing were put together, so I wanna see it *¬* *soooooooft... I want one too!*

Well, it arrived safely, so the work is done. While we cross our fingers wondering if we´ll get to know if he liked it ;9 , a big applause to everyone and a special one to Cherie, who worked like a brave CoMYVz!!!

I've sent him mail, but I guess you're right, it wouldn't be fair to the other teams if he posted it. But I did put the url for our webby in there, as well as the envelopes people sent their squares in so he could see how many countries the squares came from. :3

Cherie chan!!! Otsukaresama deshita!!! I am sure you did a wonderful work, I will post the announcement now, and on our blog in Myspace, so everyone can track and see it.

Fair or not fair.... He should say SOME THING!!!!! TOT He doesn't even really have to mention us in particular, just say "some fans".... You know.....

I hope he does say something, and even if not I hope he likes it ToT.....
